The Housing Hearts Program
67% of families in this program rely on public assistance for their main source of income.
Our mission is to empower families living in low-income housing in Washington DC to break the cycle of poverty and achieve self-sufficiency.
The Housing Hearts Program strives to provide comprehensive support and resources that will enable these families to improve their quality of life and create a brighter future for themselves and their loved ones. Our primary goal is to empower these families to escape the cycle of poverty and achieve a higher quality of life. We believe that all individuals have the potential to succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances, and we are committed to providing them with the tools and resources they need to do so.
Our program is designed to be comprehensive and holistic, addressing the many different factors that contribute to poverty and social disadvantage. We work to provide families with access to education and job training programs, healthcare services, financial literacy resources, and more. We believe that by providing targeted support and resources to those who need it most, we can help to create a brighter future for all members of our community.
