To commemorate Mother’s Day, Hearts of Empowerment partnered with Empowered Mums to launch the “For Mums We Stand Campaign” which provided mothers with resources they needed.
This campaign provided groceries and other life necessities to mothers that have been negatively impacted by this pandemic. Your contribution allowed us to push this effort to help mothers all over Washington D.C. and it’s surrounding areas. Thank you for supporting this initiative!

For the past two months we have been able to provide a relief program to mothers across the DMV who have been affected by COVID-19. Working alongside nonprofits Empowered Mums and The Humble Path Foundation, our For Mums We Stand campaign came to life and provided weekly groceries to over 90 families.
Unfortunately, our For Mums We Stand campaign has come to an end and we will no longer be accepting relief applications. If you are interested in learning more about different relief programs we advise you to visit our partner’s resources page:
Their organization focuses on uniting women to become empowered through Support, Education, Wellness, and Bonding Programs.
